I realized that most of the federal courts podcasts I updated in the fall are fine for this spring. There are a few more that I’ll add, too, this week, like section 1983, suing the federal government, and statutory control of the relationship between state and federal courts.

Here are the updated podcasts for disparate impact, retaliation, and harassment. We are caught up with what I have traditionally done. I do often cover the ADA in a podcast, but I think that this year, that is going to be part of our reading.
I’m in the process of updating all of the podcasts for both classes this weekend, having realized that I had not kept up through the semester. Here’s the first one–disparate treatment for employment discrimination. I’ll add more as I get them done.
